Responsibilities:

Develop recipes and menus for all food operations
Supervise food production
Maintain food cost standards and cost
Demonstrate mastery of all aspects of cooking (i.e., proteins, sauces, starches, vegetables, etc.) for all meal types
Accommodate various diets including vegetarian, vegan, cultural, food allergies, and other specific requests

 
Requirements: Qualification and Skill

Catering Diploma coupled with a Basic Food and Hygiene Certification
Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years’ experience in a similar role
Must be proficient in preparing Indian Cuisine
Must have proficiency in all aspects of cooking, food hygiene, stock rotation and nutritional aspects of menu planning
