My strengths are as follows:
- Implementation and maintenance of ISO systems (9001, 22000, 14001 & 18001)
- Auditing (Systems management)
What inspired you to get into this sort of industry?
What inspired me to get into this line of work was the industry challenges and work dynamics.
What is the most challenging aspect within your field of work?
There are a lot of challenges within this filed, however for me personally the maintenance of good performance: high quality scores and compliance with HSE requirements can be very tough at times.
How do you manage and overcome these challenges?
I overcome such challenges through investigation and proper correction of root causes. Team work and monitoring for continuous improvement
What has been the highlight of your career?
No audit failure to date.
